Why can’t I see all my products from my store in my catalog on Socioh?

This might be due to one of two reasons:

1. You aren’t subscribed yet.
   We don’t pull in all the products from your Shopify store when you initially sign up for Socioh. Instead, we only pull in the first 500 products. Once you subscribe, only then do all your products from Shopify get pulled into Socioh.
2. You have subscribed and yet see some missing products.
   This is likely due to active and inactive products in your Shopify store. Socioh only pulls in all “Active” products from your store. If any product doesn’t have the “Active” state, then they will not be pulled.
