Hi, my name’s Kaena Miller. I’m a founder and partner at Redline Media, a small performance marketing agency. We started using Socioh last year with an apparel client of ours, and I’ve got nothing but great things to say about the product and the whole team behind it.

Another great thing about working with Socioh is that they bring in their own creative team to help develop and ideate templates. It’s not a one-size-fits-all solution—every industry and vertical requires different approaches for catalog creative. The Socioh team jumped in during onboarding, presenting us with eight different looks that we could start using right away. Once we deployed the initial templates, they helped us test and optimize those.

They’ve been great at not just getting us up and running, but continuously optimizing and refining our catalogs for better performance, especially when we’re running a sale or seasonal event.

They’ve made it incredibly easy to swap out creative too. If we have a five-day sale coming up, we simply let them know, and they swap out the creative for that specific period. It’s completely turnkey. We just ask, and they do it—it’s been amazing.

We’ve also really appreciated how Socioh continues to innovate and keeps us informed about new developments. As Meta is constantly improving their product, Socioh is right there at the forefront. Whenever there’s a new feature to take advantage of—like intro cards or video in your catalog feed—they let us know immediately, explain how to use the new feature, and share insights and best practices from the rest of their clients.
