Sometimes, Socioh loses permission to control the catalogs or supplementary feeds you have created through its dashboard. This happens when your Facebook account tokens expire, or if you change your password(s).
When this happens, you should get an alert from Socioh asking you to reconnect your Meta account. If you get such an alert, here’s what to do:
1. Visit your Socioh dashboard. You should see a prompt to reconnect your Meta account. If you don’t, click on “Settings” on the bottom left of your screen.
3. After you’ve reconnected, you must confirm your account settings and save them.
But if you don’t get an alert, and your Meta account isn’t working, here’s what you can do:
1. Visit your Socioh dashboard. Click on “Settings”.
2. Click on the “Meta” tab, then click “Edit Account Details”.
3. Click “Disconnect”.
The interface will refresh and you can try to connect again.
